This is the next region of Thawar: Riverside. It’s the bit that the rich don’t exactly want, but the people who have enough to buy out the broke folks and sort of gentrify the area a bit.
With the gentrification comes the ‘publicly acceptable vices’ (food, alcohol, etc) and more expensive but publicly unacceptable vices hidden out of view but there if you know where to look.
